Charlotte Area Fund Board of Directors meet 6 times a year, the 3^rd Thursday of the meeting month.  The meeting time is at 6:00 p.m. unless rescheduled.  The Board also participates in scheduled Board Retreats for training, etc.  Meetings have been via Zoom.

The schedule for the Sub Committees and Executive Committee are set by the Chair Person of the Committees.  The preference is for the Sub Committees to meet 2 weeks prior to the regular Board meeting and the Executive Committee 1 week prior.

All Board members receive board packages at least 1 week before meeting
