9th Annual Back To School – Community Health Fair Photos
Charlotte Area Fund continued its “Good Health is Wealth” campaign proudly supporting our strategic partner C.W. Williams Community Health Center, 9th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair. Hundreds of families still enduring financial and health related hardship braved the heat to receive needed school supplies and vital health information to prepare for the upcoming school year. Our team of newly minted CAF Community Health Workers trained through the Council of Black Health encouraged awareness of the Black Health Bill of Rights as principles of a critical framework for thriving and living a full life.
