This 10-week apartment maintenance training includes: essential skills to maintain and troubleshoot residential and multi-family dwellings. Training covers basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, locks and keys and completing forms. Skills buiding focus on professionalism, customer service, time management and more.

Classes are virtual with some hands-on training components and will begin on January 31, 2022. Classes meet twice weekly on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-9:30 pm.
