The purpose of the public hearing is to give citizens a chance to comment on proposed agency programs. The public is invited to comment on the proposed use of projected allocation of $1,647,608 in Community Services Block Grant funds to be administered by Charlotte Area Fund between July 1, 2024 and June, 30, 2025.
