Charlotte Area Fund proudly celebrated the accomplishments of its 2026 Workforce Development graduates during our annual Graduation Celebration, recognizing individuals whose determination and perseverance have opened the door to new careers, financial stability, and brighter futures.
Surrounded by family, friends, instructors, employers, community partners, and supporters, graduates were celebrated not only for completing rigorous training programs, but for the resilience and commitment that brought them to this milestone.
We were honored to welcome award-winning TV journalist and WBTV Anchor Kym Anderson as our Mistress of Ceremonies and Ralphine Caldwell, Senior Executive Director at LISC Charlotte, whose inspiring keynote reminded us that we are all weaving a unique T.H.R.E.A.D.—a story shaped by resilience, purpose, and possibility.
