DESCRIPTION:Do you need help paying your heating or cooling bill?\n\n\n\nMecklenburg County offers programs to help eligible low-income households with their immediate energy needs.\n\n\nRepresentatives will be at Charlotte Area Fund on January 8th and January 22nd from 8:30 AM to 3 PM\, taking applications.\n\n\n\nCrisis Intervention Program Requirements\n\n\n1. At least one U.S. citizen or legal resident in the household.\n\n\n2. Income at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Level.\n\n\n3. Responsible for energy bills.\n\n\n4.
