DESCRIPTION:The Charlotte Area Fund is pleased to support C.W. Williams Community Health Center\, for its 8th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair on Saturday\, August 13\, 2022 at the Stratford Richardson YMCA (rain or shine). The event will feature a drive through format\, with free bookbags and school supplies (while supplies last)\, free food\, live DJ\, vendors\, COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. \n In addition\, CWWCHC will host special activities all week\, including back to school physicals and immunizations (appointments required)\, Patient Appreciation Day\, Healthcare for the Homeless Day\, Health Center Staff Appreciation Day\, and Public Health in Housing Day. \nFor more information\, please call 866-CWW-4-YOU (866-299-4968) or visit https://www.cwwilliams.org.
