Meet our 2018 RESTART class. RESTART is a unique Residential Property Management training program that provides the skills necessary for an individual to obtain stable employment.
Charlotte Area Fund partnered with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Western North Carolina Chapter to offer a FREE training opportunity in Residential Property Management. We have accepted 14 highly qualified candidates into the program. Classes started on February 26th.
The mission of RESTART is to help break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage through training, mentoring, and assisting individuals with job placement in the career of residential property management.

The Business Leaders of Charlotte (BLOC) Winter Community Involvement event, “BLOC N Bowl”, scheduled for Saturday, December 2, 2017, will seek to raise funds to support CAF’s efforts to assist impoverished individuals and families in Mecklenburg County.
