• CAF provided individualized case management services to 791 economically disadvantage individuals.
• 420 individuals achieved the objective of receipt of comprehensive services (combination of training and services) designed to assist in the achievement of self sufficiency.
• 168 individuals achieved self-sufficiency with family income rising above the poverty levels.
• 128 individuals obtained employment
• 287 individuals completed educational/training programs
• 101 individuals were provided emergency food assistance at an average dollar value of $247 per individual.
• 172 individuals were provided monthly food assistance while participating in the Self-Sufficiency Project.
• $10,560 in bus tickets/gas cards were distributed to individuals in their pursuit of employment and/or educational training
• $ 9,828.58 in financial assistance, i.e. work related clothing, tools, etc. was provided to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining employment.
• 82.2% of CAF’s expenses were attributable to program and 17.8% administration.
